The Machame Route is one of the most scenic and popular routes on Mount Kilimanjaro. With its diverse landscapes, ranging from lush rainforests to barren alpine deserts, it offers trekkers an incredible experience. The 7-day Machame trek allows for optimal acclimatization, which increases your chances of reaching the summit. This route is ideal for those who prefer a more scenic approach to the climb.
The climb will take you through five unique climate zones, offering beautiful views of Mount Kilimanjaro’s different faces. From the thick rainforest, through the moorland, to the alpine desert zone, this trek has it all.
