The gradual ascent and longer route offer more time for acclimatization, reducing the risk of altitude sickness and increasing summit success rates.
Compared to other popular routes like Marangu and Machame, the Lemosho Route is less crowded, providing a more serene and private trekking experience.
The Lemosho Route passes through a variety of ecosystems, from dense rainforest to barren alpine landscapes, providing diverse scenery and wildlife sightings.
With 7 days on the mountain, climbers have ample time to adjust to the altitude, making it one of the routes with the highest success rate of reaching the summit.
